During the first two weeks of early stimulation, we perform daily exercises to promote the puppies' development. These include gentle touching between the toes of their paws to develop a sense of touch, holding them head up and down to improve balance, and placing them on their backs briefly to accustom them to various manipulations. They are also placed on a cold or warm towel to adapt to changes in temperature. These exercises strengthen the nervous system, improve balance and increase resistance to stress, preparing the puppies for a healthy and balanced development.

In the second week, we add varied sounds and interactive toys, as well as a texture zone, all during feeding to reduce fear and manage stress in the puppies, thus encouraging sensory adaptation.
 

During the third and fourth week, we focus on socialisation of the puppies, exposing them to various surfaces and toys to normalise future experiences. We continue with loving handling, gently introducing call in the form of play. We introduce some visits to familiarise puppies with strangers in a positive way, emphasising gentle and respectful contact. In addition, we work on individual grooming and veterinary handling, teaching puppies how to bathe and dry them calmly. We introduce proprioception props to promote self-confidence.

In the following weeks, we introduce varied sniffing exercises and socialise the puppies with other dogs with caution. We teach retrieving through play, strengthening the social bond. We reward the puppy's interest in the toy and let him win in the game. We create daily circuits with obstacles to promote the puppies' self-esteem and security, we also work on balance and body awareness with proprioception elements. With caution, we take them outdoors to familiarise them with the environment, prioritising their safety. We continue to encourage play and retrieving to keep learning fun and effective.
